Explore the guideHow do I start a class on my facility’s TV?
Pair your phone with the FitX TV app using its six-digit code. Choose your class in the phone app, select the paired TV, and press play. The class plays on the TV.
Does the app need internet?
Yes. Your phone and TV both need internet access for sign-in, pairing, and streaming.
How do I pair the phone and TV apps?
Open FitX on your supported TV to display a six-digit pairing code. Enter the code in the phone app while signed into your account. Both devices need internet access; a local screen-mirroring connection is not required.
The pairing code expired. What should I do?
Pairing codes are temporary. Generate a fresh code on the TV and enter it in the phone app. If pairing still fails, contact the FitX service team with your device models and a description of the issue.
What should I include in a support enquiry?
Include your name, facility, FitX product, device model, and a clear description of the problem. Never email passwords or sign-in codes.
Is every class equipment-free?
No. Some FitX classes use equipment such as bikes, dumbbells, a mat, a step, or functional training systems. Review the class preview and equipment guide before your session.
